Full neoprene vest| with velcro closure band.
2 seperate compartments| front and back with zip.
Compartment are attached on the inside.
Used by all Speed freaks worldwide. The vest is constructed from full neoprene. Pockets are non stretch connected to the vest and connected with a flexible neoprene waist belt to prevent the vest from sliding up and anti bounch.
